Daniel Radcliffe, Ben Foster and Michael C Hall star in John Krokidas’ fact based drama that tells the untold story of a murder in the 1940’s that touched the lives of a group of poets that defined the Beat Generation.
Nominated for the highly sought after Sundance Grand Jury Prize at this year’s festival, the film is already riding a wave of critical praise and is hotly tipped to be an awards season favourite. A new poster recently debuted which shows a mean and moody Lucien Carr (Dane DeHaan) and Allen Ginsberg (Daniel Radcliffe).
Daniel Radcliffe continues to make impressive choices in his post Potter career and the challenging role of Allen Ginsberg looks set be be another bold decision. Radcliffe returns for a second series of A Young Doctor’s Notebook which begins on Sky Arts November 21st, the adaptation of Mikhail A. Bulgakov short stories gave Sky Arts their biggest audience to date and I’d highly recommend you give it a watch.
