Konami has announced that Metal Gear Survive will launch next year on February 20 in North America and February 22 in Europe. The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC and will retail for $39.99 on all platforms.
Those who preorder will get a bonus Survival Pack, which contains four gold-plated weapons, four metallic-colored survival scarves, two gestures, a Mother Base nameplate, a Kabuki face paint, and the "Boxman [The Orange]" accessory.
Metal Gear Survive is set after the events in Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and takes place in an alternate universe where players must fight against zombies. Series creator Hideo Kojima, who had a nasty break up with Konami, was not involved in the game's development.
