It is a group made up of young Venezuelans, between 18 and 26 years old. Born in December 1995 thanks to the support of Luís Francisco El Negro Mendoza and the Korta Record`s label, under the direction of Porfi Baloa, the genius creator and arranger of most of the orchestra's themes.
