An alien is sent by his overlords to conquer the human race. He decides to do this by creating the Famous Monsters, and using them to wreak havoc. So, he resurrects a dumpy witch (played by The Rock's muse Janet), a Wolfman, a Frankenstein monster, Dracula, and a Dino-guy. The only one who can stop them is Detective Rock Nelson!
