Nobuhiro Suwa's new film is based on the motif of "Phone of the Wind" placed on a small hill in Otsuchi, Iwate Prefecture. The phone booth was set up by Sasaki Itaru in his home garden in 2011 because he wants to talk to his bereaved cousin died during 2011 tragedy.
