The film revolves round a socio-political family where Balagangadhara Menon (Kalashala Babu), the Education Minister lives with his son B.Krishnakumar a.k.a. Unni (Dileep)-a Politician, his wife Lakshmi (Shobha Mohan), three daughters and two son-in-laws.
