Schanelec's contribution to the omnibus film The Bridges of Sarajevo depicts a couple reading excerpts (one reciting in Serbian, the other translating into German) from the trial of Gavrilo Princip, the assassin of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and the Duchess of Hohenberg.
