It's twenty four years after Robert De Niro's murder and Brandon is homeless and constantly hunted the police. He teams up with local indie filmmaker Liam to try and make a documentary that will show Los Santos the truth about De Niro and what really happened that night twenty four years ago, but things get tricky as they discover a band of loyal De Niro fans who will do anything in their power to shut their production down.
