Four orphans Saravanan (Arulnidhi) , Pazhani(Sulile Kumar) Senthil(Pawan), Aarumugam(Murugadoss), are thick friends who become hardened thieves and will do anything for money. Sarvanan the youngest of the lot and most daring of the lot falls head over heels in love with Meenakshi, the only daughter of the local money lender and tough guy Kanthuvatti Rajendran (Jayaprakash). The friends of Saravanan warn him not to mess around with Meenakshi, as their trade and friendship will be at stake. But it is too late as the plot thickens.
