This movie is about the corrupt Sydney C.I.B and goes all the way up to the Royal Commissioner, so one of the good honest detectives goes over the commissioner and the royal commission's head without them knowing, and goes and informs the Premier of N.S.W. the premier then makes up a secret task force called the clean machine.
