Naniwa University Hospital is in a turbulent state when they are preparing for the election to choose a new Surgical Department Professor. The drama focuses around assistant professors Goro Zaizen and Shuji Satomi. They are both skilled but with contrasting personalities, Shuji is idealistic and Goro is all about being successfull in his career.
