A psychopath believes his twin brother has married an evil woman and escapes from the hospital to hunt her down. The film was released as a bilingual film, being released as an Indian Tamil-language film Aalavandhan (English: Born to Rule) and simultaneously dubbed and released in Hindi with the title Abhay (English: Fearless) with three different actors.
