Produced in collaboration with the Munich police, this film melds documentary footage, dramatic reconstructions and short fictional episodes to raise awareness about street conditions, traffic regulations, crime and security measures. The result is an astonishingly entertaining work that, despite its local subject matter, was distributed abroad, as evidenced by the surviving bi-lingual Swiss print used as the main source for the reconstruction.
