After years of no contact, Matt receives a letter from his ex high school girlfriend Katie. Inside the letter, Katie explains that the documentary she was working on when they were together, titled "Sweet Sweet Seventeen Forever" which includes footage of Matt, is finally coming out. Preceding the premiere the two of them send letters back and fourth recounting the memories they made when they were together.
