In August 2006, a crew for the UK's FlyTV network went scouting for a new documentary series about an alleged pedophile ring operating in both US state and federal government. The producers tracked down Anna and Melissa Morgan, two sisters who had been the victims of an unsolved childhood kidnapping in an area that other purported victims had identified as one of the key working locations of the conspiracy.
